The clean up from Sandy continues across the East Coast.

While help has been arriving, more than 3.8 million people in 15 states are still without power today, four days after the storm made landfall, killing at least 92 people.

This weekend's New York City Marathon has been canceled. Mayor Michael Bloomberg made the announcement after many expressed outrage that the marathon would go on as scheduled, as the city struggles to recover in the aftermath of Sandy.

The Staten Island region has been devastated. Almost half of the 41 deaths in the New York City area came from there, and many in the working class neighborhood are complaining relief is not getting to survivors quick enough.

In New Jersey, long gas lines continue, as half of the gas stations in the state remain without power. Police have been forced to help patrol the pumps as many are desperate to get gas to run generators or heat their home.

And while victims clean up the damage, forecasters say another nor'easter could be on the way for late next week. The storm is not forecasted to be as strong as Sandy if it forms, but it could include snow for portions of New England and New York which could be disastrous for people still without power.
