Clean up continues in New Jersey and New York after Sandy

Most of New Jersey's coastline is still off limits in the wake of Superstorm Sandy.

In Long Beach Island, homes are wrecked, there's no water or heat, and streets are filled with sand.

And tempers are running high at the pump. Drivers are waiting for hours to fill up their tanks. Many stations are closed because they don't have electricity. And the ones that are open, have lines that stretch for miles.

In New York City, traffic is a big problem in spite of rail and subway services being back in service. Flood waters are still crippling two major tunnels into the city. The governor says water in the tunnel hasn't dropped much since sandy hit, and he's asking the army corps of engineers for high speed pumps. Mayor Michael Bloomberg has been working on driving restrictions to reduce traffic.

Millions in these areas are still without power. Crews in New York City say the lights may not come back on for nearly two weeks.
