President Obama returning to Iowa

President Obama is returning to Iowa.

He's speaking at a grassroots event in Dubuque on Saturday, November 3. The event will be held at Washington Park on 700 Locust Street. Doors open at 2 p.m.

The event is free and open to the public, but you do need a ticket. You can get yours at the Roshek Building Lobby, Dubuque County Democratic Headquarters, or Loras College.
