In New York City, Wall Street re-opened for business, with Mayor Michael Bloomberg ringing the opening bell. The city buses and two of the three city airports were back up and running Wednesday. The subway system will open on a limited basis starting tomorrow. Still though, thousands in Lower Manhattan are left without power.
