RI man sentenced in fatal accident

He ran over and killed a man with his car. Now he's going to prison.

Stephen Smith of Rock Island will spend the next 7 years behind bars.

He was sentenced on Monday after he pleaded guilty to running over and killing Matthew Pohl back in February, in an alley behind Teskies Pet and Garden Center in Moline.
