String of burglaries in Sylvis

Police said they've caught the man responsible for a string of burglaries in Silvis.

Michael Hargrave, 19, was arrested around 4 A.M. Monday morning. He's charged with breaking into two cars and one house. Silvis Police said they've received 10 burglary reports in the same area, and believe Hargrave is behind those as well.
