New Galesburg overpass

A big celebration in Galesburg Friday, as a new &16 million overpass is finally opened.

Local, state, and federal officials were all there for the big event. The West Main Street Overpass will help ease traffic in the Illinois city caused by passing trains. It's being named after State Representative Don Moffit, who's credited with helping secure nearly all the money needed for the project.

This is one of three projects planned for Galesburg.
