Media to be allowed to tour IL prisons

Governor Quinn may be backing away from his position that it's unsafe for reporters to visit Illinois prisons.  The Illinois Department of Corrections said it's currently working to set up tours with the media.  This after college students were allowed to visit Pontiac Prison earlier this week.  Previous media tours have been denied by Governor Quinn, who's attempting to close two prisons to safe money despite overcrowding concerns.
