Police are searching for a Davenport man accused of kidnapping his ex-girlfriend and then setting her boyfriends' house on fire.
Brian Anthony Williams, 37, is wanted for kidnapping, arson, assault, and conspiracy to commit a felony. October 8th a woman who had been shot in the leg, walked into the Flying J Truck Stop and told Scott County Deputies she and Williams were duct taped and abducted from their home. Williams was found wandering in the same area shortly after.
During an investigation, detectives determined that Williams was not a victim, but instead a co-conspirator, along with three other men.
