Kids steal van in Davenport

Three QC teens are caught stealing a minivan in Davenport. Investigators say when an officer spotted them driving up Brady Street on Monday, they jumped out of the van while it was still moving. It crashed into a railing at a credit union. Officers say they caught the teens at nearby Central High School. Police are still investigating the incident. Credit union officials say there was no damage to the building.
