Authorities say the man accused of killing three and wounding four at a suburban Milwaukee day spa has shot himself and is dead.
Brookfield Police Chief Dan Tushaus said the shooting suspect, Radcliffe Franklin Haughton, was found dead inside the spa after shooting himself.
Chief Tushaus said at a news conference Sunday night that Haughton's wife worked at the spa. It's not clear if she was one of the victims.
Authorities said Haughton had slashed his wife's tires two weeks before Sunday's shooting, and she had a four-year restraining order against him.
Officials described finding smoke inside the spa when they responded to reports of the shooting around 11 a.m.
They initially believed an improvised explosive device was inside the building, but later said that was not the case.
