Ethics investigation dropped against Durant HS Principal

Things are looking up for Durant High School Principal Monica Rouse. Iowa's State Board of Educational Examiners dismissed its ethics inquiry into Rouse, finding no wrongdoing. Rouse was fired in 2010, accused of falsifying student records, but then cleared. After a long battle with the school, Rouse was finally reinstated earlier this month.
