Details released in Davenport shooting

Police have released new details in a deadly shooting last Friday night in Davenport. An autopsy performed Monday shows Mario Lira accidentally shot himself. Police said alcohol was involved, but they are still waiting on toxicology results to find out just how much the 36-year-old drank. The shooting happened around 9:15p.m. in the 1500 block of West 16th Street. Police said there were a number of people at the home at the time.
