Sticker Fee waived for leaf bags in Davenport

The City of Davenport is helping you get rid of those falling leaves by waiving its sticker fee. Davenport normally requires residents to buy a sticker for a dollar sixty. But for the next six weeks it's free as long as your leaves are in paper bags and branches are tied in bundles. The bags will be collected on your normal trash day.
