Accused spree killer, Nicholas Sheley was back in court Tuesday. Lawyers debated whether or not to allow testimony from Sheley's wife, Holly, that drug addiction fueled her husband's crimes. That's because Holly was recently arrested for selling heroin. Also, 120 potential jurors will be brought in next Friday, Oct. 19, to fill out questionnaires, with jury selection to begin the following Monday, Oct. 22. Sheley, who's already convicted of killing one man, is accused of killing 7 others in two states.
