Masked robbers raid Rock Island Mart

Rock Island Police are investigating a robbery that took place overnight at the 11th Street Mart in Rock Island.

Police say two suspects entered the mini-mart at around 12:30 a.m. armed with a knife and a gun.

They left the scene with an undisclosed amount of money. Nobody was hurt.

The two suspects were seen wearing masks and dark clothing.

An investigation is underway and police do not have any suspects in custody.
