RI leaf pick up

If you live in Rock Island and you're wondering what to do with all those leaves, keep on reading. The city will collect them, for free. The free leaf bags are available now, and collection starts tomorrow. Leaves must be put in approved paper yard waste bags, not contain anything but leaves and be placed out on your normal collection day.
