Remembering lost children

Grieving Quad City families came together on Sunday in Davenport.

"Open Arms" is a memorial ceremony held at Genesis Medical Center for parents that have lost a child during pregnancy or while giving birth.

Organizers said the goal of the day is to surround parents with love and understanding to help them remember their children.

Genesis chose October to hold the even since it's infant loss awareness month.
