A Quad City aluminum plant is facing a hefty fine. ALCOA has been ordered by OSHA to pay more than $37,000 in fines. This after Robert Leech, 45, was killed back in July while on the job. OSHA said Leech was working on a piece of machinery that had not been properly secured, ultimately causing his death. The organization also said ALCOA needs to better train its employees and make sure equipment is up to code. ALCOA has not said yet if it will fight the allegations.
