3 week old Toulon baby home from hospital

A 3 week old baby girl, left in a Stark County ditch, is home from the hospital. Family members said Mia got home Friday and besides some minor scrapes, she's doing fine. Her mother, 19 year old Kendra Meaker, is accused of leaving Mia in the ditch just outside Toulon. If convicted, Meaker could face up to four years in prison.
