Sean Kane of Galesburg had his physician and surgeons license placed on indefinite probation and fined $2,500 for writing a prescription for a co-worker and not keeping proper records.
Richard Ng of Sterling had his physician and surgeons license indefinitely suspended, and his controlled substance license revoked for writing multiple prescriptions for patients for no reason.
Dean Cliff of Galesburg lost his pharmacy technician license for a minimum of three years for pleading guilty for a third DUI.
