Car accident kills three

Three women are dead after a head on collision near Charition, Iowa.

The accident happened on Highway 34 around 9 Saturday night.

Police say the 19-year-old driver of a pickup truck collided with the car the three women were in after it crossed the center line.

The women were all from Ottumwa, Iowa.

The driver of the truck is from Knoxville. He was taken to the hospital for his injuries.
