Trial Run for New Restaurant Benefits Local Charity

A new restaurant is opening in town, and their trial run is all for a good cause.

Goombazz Big City Eatzz won't officially open its doors for a few days.

But tonight the staff practiced on a select few.

All proceeds go to Family Resources Incorporated, a charity dedicated to families.

The owner of the restaurant, Big Sal, has worked with family resources for years.

"We are thrilled that Sal chose us as an organization to benefit from the proceeds of tonight's opening," said Mary Macumberschmidt, of Family Resources, Inc.
