Congressman files defamation lawsuit

Is someone trying to ruin Congressman Leonard Boswell's image? That's what the Democratic Iowa Rep said. Boswell has filed a defamation lawsuit against Iowa activist Ed Fallon, after fallon said Boswell tried to bribe him not to run back in 2008. That's when Fallon challenged Boswell for congress, but lost. Fallon said Boswell was power hungry. The congressman has denied the allegations.
