UPDATE:
WMBD our CBS sister station in Peoria tells us police have taken Kendra Meaker, the mother of Mia Graci Thompson, into custody. Mia was found earlier tonight outside of Toulon, IL. We'll have the very latest tonight on Ten at 10.
UPDATE:
Illinois State Police have canceled an AMBER Alert issued this morning for 3-week-old Mia Graci Thompson.
Police say Mia was found East of Toulon, Illinois. They say she is alive and well, but was taken to OSF Saint Francis Medical Center to be checked out.

The sheriff's office said there's reason to believe the child is in danger.
Update:
Police have ruled out all family members as suspects. They have also ruled out the description of the woman in yellow sweat pants and her car that they originally issued.
They are still asking folks to keep an eye out for anyone that fits Mia's description.
Police said they're starting from scratch, as of now they have no leads.

The grandfather of the three week old girl missing from Toulon, Illinois says her sister, Mercedes, is safe.
Ken Meaker tells CBS4 News that Mia Thompson was in the back seat of the car along with her 11 month old sister in the back of a car outside the Toulon post office this morning.
Her mother, Kendra Meaker, has been at the Stark County Sheriff's office all day along with her mother and boyfriend.
Illinois State Police have issued an Amber Alert. If you have any information call 911.

The Illinois State Police have issued an AMBER alert after a baby was taken from Toulon, Illinois. Police say Mia Graci Thompson was abducted Thursday morning at the Post Office in Toulon.
Graci is a white female, three weeks old. She weighs eight pounds and was wearing a yellow onesie with a flower on the left shoulder. She was taken from the back seat of a car in front of the Post Office.
Police are looking for a gold or tan colored Buick or Pontiac driven by a white woman with brown hair wearing yellow sweat pants. The car is described as having a back seat full of items.
