Suspect Wanted in East Moline Fight

A suspect involved in a fight and chase is still wanted this morning.

Late last night, officers responded to a fight in the parking lot of Leisure Time Billiards in East Moline.

Police said a group was seen getting into a silver Ford Taurus.

As they tried to leave, they ran their car into the wall of the building.

Police said the car started driving away from the scene of the fight, and one passenger jumped out to get away.

The car then went into a nearby home's yard, which caused the vehicle's oil pan to rip out and the car to stop running.

Police said two people ran from the car and were soon caught by officers.

Police are still searching for one person involved.

One officer on the scene said if she hadn't moved out of the way when the car hit the wall in the parking lot, she believes the vehicle would have hit her.
