Davenport drivers, there's a road closing you need to watch out for. Starting at 8AM Tuesday morning, East Second Street between Brady and Perry Streets will be closed. Crews are going to be loading material onto the MidAmerican Energy building there. The road should be back open by 5PM Tuesday night. Detours will be in place.
