Bettendorf Police have just released a bank surveillance photo of the man who robbed a Valley Bank.
Police say he came into the HyVee on Devils Glenn Road, went to the bank, implied he had a weapon, gave the teller a note and made off with some cash.
The suspect is a white man, about 30 years old, wearing blue jeans, a gray long sleeved shirt, a baseball cap and sunglasses.
Folks we talked to who were shopping during the robbery say they didn't even know anything was going on.
One woman tells us she was surprised to hear the news.
"Very bold… You would think they would hit smaller town locations and everything not in the middle of Bettendorf in the middle of HyVee," said Pam Garrison, a HyVee shopper.
