School bus involved in hit and run

A scary trip to school for some elementary students in Davenport today.

Their school bus was involved in a hit and run.

Six students were on their way to Buchanon Elementary when police a car clipped the edge of the bus on North Clark Street. The driver didn't stop.

All the students were checked and released to their parents.

Davenport School leaders say they have a good description of the car from the on-board cameras.

Police are still investigating.
