Teen involved in RI Shooting charged with Murder

A teen has been added to a list of adults charged in last week's deadly shooting in Rock Island.

Joseph Richardson Junior, 16, is charged with first degree murder in the death of Kion Lewis, 17.

Richardson is one of four others charged.

The shooting happened last Friday afternoon in the area of 10th Street and 11th Avenue.
