A major set back for Seaford Clothing in R. I.

Hundreds of jobs were supposed to return to Rock Island this year, but they're not. At least for now.

Seaford Clothing in Rock Island closed in 2009. This spring they were given more than 3 million dollars from Illinois to reopen.

But, HARTMARX, Seaford Clothing's former parent company, still hasn't liquidated all of its assets so the project has come to a halt.

City Leaders said they're still hopeful something can be workout down the road.
