Three people have pled guilty to recent crimes in our area:
Brianne Seemann and Brian Peterson both pled guilty Friday to Attempted Armed Robbery. They, along with three others were arrested June 28th and charged with robbing two tourists at the Radisson Hotel in Moline.
Seemann and Madison Berthoud were accused of setting up the victims after they met the two women at a QC strip club. After being invited back to the hotel, police say Peterson, along with Andrew Meegan and Broch Leftwich burst into the room and robbed the men at knife point.
Brianne Seemann could get 6 years in prison. Brian Peterson is facing potentially ten years behind bars. They will be sentenced October 10th. The other three have court appearances at the end of August.
In an unrelated case, Bradley Hessell pled guilty today to making methamphetamine. Hessell was arrested along with Jessie Haradon July 8th after police say they caught them in a car making "shake and bake" meth.
Hessell was sentenced to four years in prison. He begins his sentence on August 28th.
