Football player died of natural causes

We now know what happened to an Illinois teen who died during football practice.

An autopsy shows Daniel Lule,17, had an enlarged heart.

Lule was a junior at Hall High School in Spring Valley, Illinois, and a defensive tackle for the football team.

Lule passed away in the hospital Wednesday after collapsing on the field.
