Two teenagers are in the hospital after a shooting this morning in East Moline.
Police from East Moline and Moline responded to an alley on the 400 block of 15th Avenue at about 2 a.m.
They found a 17 year old with non-life-threatening injuries and a 19 year old female who sustained serious injuries. Both were transported to a local hospital.
East Moline Police also recovered an empty stolen vehicle nearby on the 1800 block of Kennedy Drive. Police say the car was used by the suspects in the shooting.
Illinois State Police are assisting in the investigation. No arrests have been made.
Detectives are continuing to investigate the incident and are asking anyone with information to call 308-752-1550.
