Scott County photo contest extended

Hey shutterbugs! Scott County wants your best work. The county is holding a photo contest to find images that will be featured in a poster celebrating their 175th anniversary.

They are looking for photos that demonstrate the themes of History/Culture, Urban Life, Agriculture/Rural Life, and Recreation/ Conservation. The county has gotten lots of pictures of rural scenes and activities and are looking for more that showcase the urban side of life in Scott County.

The contest deadline has been extended until July 31st. Winners featured will get photo credit and a copy of the anniversary poster.
