There will soon be more gambling in Moline.
Tuesday night city council voted to allow video gaming in bars and restaurants.
The state has allowed that type of gaming for the past year and a half, but hurdles in Moline have halted it there several times.
Moline will get 5% of all gaming profits.
To get a license, businesses will have to apply with the state.
Video gaming has recently been approved in Rock Island and East Moline.
