Markham police are looking for a 1 year old black female who was abducted in Chicago. Tillie Armour was last seen wearing a pink and organ shirt and was last seen on June 12th at 3 p.m.
The suspect is Cleophus Cooks, a 46 year old black male with gray hair. The suspect's vehicle is a gold 2002 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. Police say the suspect is armed and dangerous.
